Kay Rodriguez recently retired after a 30-year career in public relations administration at the University of Washington. For 20 of those years she was the PR director of the university's school of medicine and other health sciences colleges. After leaving the University of Washington, she started a corporate tour business, Totally Seattle Tours, with Microsoft, Boeing and Amazon as its main clients. Kay was a Peace Corps Volunteer in Guatemala. She started her professional career as a newspaper reporter and radio producer. Kay and her husband Ed have a blended family of 3 children and 3 grandchildren, with more on the way. Kay's interests include photography, architecture, hiking, biking and reading. |

She coordinates and teaches after-school programs for 4th – 6th grade children who live in a low-income apartment complex. The program helps children improve academically and also works closely with families to help them meet their basic needs. Elisabeth is originally form Washington State but grew up overseas in Spain and Korea. She attended the University of New Mexico and has a Master’s degree in Latin American Studies.
